Portchester is a little town in the bay of Portsmouth. There's a Roman fort, with a castle, a church and a cemetery. It's beautiful. It should be nice for a little walk on a shiny sunday afternoon.
Porchester est une petite ville dans la baie de Portsmouth. Il y a un fort romain, avec un château, une église et un cimetière. C'est joli. Ce doit être agréable pour une petite promenade ensoleillée un dimanche après-midi.
We went up in the tower and it's really high. The stairs to go there were so narrow, I didn't see the end ! But once on the top, you have a beautiful view. Worth it.
Nous avons grimpés au sommet de la tour, et c'est très haut. Les escaliers pour y aller sont très étroits, je n'en voyais pas la fin ! Mais une fois en haut, on a une très belle vue. Ça en vaut la peine.
